I've been an ASE certified master mechanic for 25 years, so when I tell you that it took me three hours to change this line, you can be assured that I knew what I was doing and had all the necessary tools but it was STILL a massively complicated job. I even splurged and got the factory Honda power steering fluid to do the job right. The most difficult part is taking the line loose from the rack. It's buried, not easily accessible and if you live in the rust belt, be prepared to have to cut the old tube off so you can get a socket on the line nut. If you do so, be VERY careful around the transfer tubes. I inadvertently hit one with the cutoff wheel and had to replace it to complete the job.
