Upon opening the package this arrived in, I immediately noticed a red plastic tie at one end of the hose that must have been used to hang the product up, as opposed to being boxed and shelved in the warehouse. This tie was like that you would find holding a price tag on a piece of clothing. It was poked through both sides of the hose, approximately 3/4" from the end. Thanks for putting 2 holes in my brand new hose right where the clamp goes. HORRIBLE!
